Column 21: an asterisk indicates either:
           (a) this star has a u'-i' > 5 and thus its u' mag might be
               significantly affected (> 0.01 mag) by an uncorrected 
               u'-band red leak; and/or
           (b) this star has a nearest measured neighbor is within 2 
               aperture radii.
           It is recommended in general to avoid asterisked entries.
